Strict workplace rules and guidelines with little tolerance, causing a loss of job anxiety, Cliquish high school like atmosphere and games among employees and management, Inconsistent raises if at all and low pay, Upward mobility dependent on popularity, Frequent lay offs

Great people, lots of work, co-workers worked together very well as a team. Decent working environment. Good benefits. Competitive salaries.

Cons

Very controlling CEO that caused upper management to be in flux a lot. Layoffs every couple of years due to poor management strategies causes a lot of extra stress. Constant layoffs cause the good peple to leave for other companies with more stability.
