I worked at Jet Aviation in the Charter Department for about a year. I had a great experience, the people are smart, hard working, and friendly. The job came with great benefits and salary.

Cons

Overnight on call shifts were somewhat of a drag after working a 12 hour day.

Work hard and you can move up. Aviation is very fast moving and interesting

Cons

Lots of talk about values but only values are you clean up their messes. High turnover due to burnout. No support from highest levels of management. Boyfriend and girlfriend that run the company are schemers and have no respect for anyone working for them. Talk a good game but are nasty in person especially if something happens Very nasty and two faced. Never tell us what is going on we have to figure it all out ourselves. No communication with the workers except to blame. Yet they tell us how great they are. Fake location for me Don’t want to say where I work for fear of reprisals
