Pros

Its a fun job most of the time. The people make the job fun. Great job if you want to be a pilot. Plenty of overtime opportunities if you are willing to put in work.

Cons

Lots of down time where you will be bored out of your mind, there is also lots of busy time you will be stretched to your wits end. If you don't want to be a pilot, there's not a lot of career growth opportunity.
