Great place to be in aviation. You get to work with great customers and their pilots and flight attendants. lots too learn here.

Cons

It was a great company, but the management is turning into a cheap charter company, like the one i used to work for out west. they will cut any corner and cheap out any way to do a charter trip we used to do a great job but it has turned into a low class operation more like a fly by night charter operator 'we can bend these rules, no one will notice' and treat anyone other than white women very poorly.
