There is very minimal training. It’s very easy to make mistakes and get in trouble because of that. You are told to ask questions, but no one has the time to answer them (or wants to help). Very toxic environment between departments and management. There is always a sense of uncomfortability.

Again, it might just be this location, but some of the sketchiest management I've seen in a company. I was lied to about trying to move up later into a better position. I found out I was actually given the promotion, but it was shot down by management because they needed me down in the lowest paying position.
