For me Aviation has been in my family for as long as I can remember. Working in this industry has been rewarding, stays interesting, challenging .I work with very talented Techs. If you are open minded can continue to learn and be motivated. Love what I do for a living.

Cons

upper management is less than desirable to work for. Jet has taken a nose dive over the last 3yrs. if you speak you mind or opinion your out of the club. which has lead to the closing of the doors for Jet. Gulfstream is taking over the facility and some employee's. no communication from Jet or Gulfstream on the plan. Due to lack of information employees are fleeing like a plague is upon us. I have never felt so disrespected nor do I have a JOB going forward!! disappointed to be treated this way after all the years of service
