Industry leader in Aircraft cabin completions some of the best work around. Ability to do any maintenance on aircraft.

Cons

Does not treat employees well. Low pay for the industry. Would rather push employees out the door than give raises.

The industry and work location is interesting

Cons

The co-workers in the department could't be much worse, No team atmosphere at all. I am not sure if it was because I was the only white male in the department, the department was all minority females, or if they just, plain and simple, had rotten antisocial attitudes.

Has a lot of potential and people willing and able to put out excellent work.

Cons

No real program for employee retention. A number of people have quit in a relatively short time. There's not much of a quality strategy to run the company. The need to hire the right people with the right skill sets rather than "train" the direct to do the tasks.
