      Great projects to work on

      Few people in engineering with industry experience. Crazy/costly and ineffective engineering processing management with error laden data still issued to prod. Senior management briefed to reduce the crazy number of managers. Response is to claim senior engineers are managers and to cut those roles by demoting them to basic engineer titles. Get ready for the department collapse!

      If you like to work with planes, go there.

      Cons

      People tend to be in boxes/silos without possibility to influence around them. Management is almighty and shows it. Low possibility to suggest, influence, make things change. Low confidence given to employee. Too much micromanagement. Many people believe they know. Low salaries du to binational status. Very low side benefits.

      Cool fast driven internationl company. Lot of different culture. Engineering work can be very challenging but also very interesting! Good company for entry level for graduate.

      Career possibilities are quite restricted. Management can be confused. Salary below standard.
