Very bureaucratic organization which encourages inaction and outright laziness. The less you do the better your chances of survival! So if you don’t have any professional ambitions this is the right company for you...

Cons

Human Resources is outright honest with you right from the start. I have never experienced such a sloppy hiring team from the start. If you apply for a job you will get to know how the entire organization acts, even before you started. Don’t except any support in progressing in your role. Being present at your desk for most of the time will do the trick... Actually no more qualifications are needed

Work hard and you can move up. Aviation is very fast moving and interesting

Cons

Lots of talk about values but only values are you clean up their messes. High turnover due to burnout. No support from highest levels of management. Boyfriend and girlfriend that run the company are schemers and have no respect for anyone working for them. Talk a good game but are nasty in person especially if something happens Very nasty and two faced. Never tell us what is going on we have to figure it all out ourselves. No communication with the workers except to blame. Yet they tell us how great they are. Fake location for me Don’t want to say where I work for fear of reprisals
