Pros

Decent benefit package and tons of free swag if you are into company branded merchandise.

Cons

HR failed to liaison with prior company and provide pay raises based on previous year performance and failed to offer any monetary incentive to stay. Senior managers failed to roll-sleeves and assist during cut-over when the operation was busy, failed to provide training and let IT leave before making sure the operations were functional. The company values (honesty, transparency) are aspirational, not realized. Managers, including HR said they knew how to do everything the best, from schedules, to pay to running the operation, this was not apparent.
