      Great Benefits. They are there for you in your time of need. Immediate action and response when you have tragedies or accidents. Will make sure the employee is safe.

      Cons

      Management and human resources give you the run around instead of a straight forward answer when it comes to ongoing issues. Putting a hold on someone due to insufficient coverage while trying to move up in the company.
