      1. The teamwork etween the different departments and teams 2. The strong personal bonds between staff/ colleagues

      Cons

      1. Poor communication on part of management 2. Wages too low compared to market 3. Little or no recognition for achievement 4. No opportunities for improvement 5. Low office engagement 6. Poor office discipline ( favourtism in large parts of the organization)

      Fun and Exciting but No Growth Opportunities

      Pros

      Such a fun company. I love who I work with and the tenants/transient customers I get to see on a daily basis. You really turn into a close knit family and you get to know each different aircraft.

      Cons

      Unfortunately there aren't any growth opportunities unless someone leaves and even then is rare that their position is filled. The only way to grow within the company is if someone is willing to relocate and even then sometimes is a challenge to talk to anyone in HR about open positions.
