Pros

If you like to work with planes, go there.

Cons

People tend to be in boxes/silos without possibility to influence around them. Management is almighty and shows it. Low possibility to suggest, influence, make things change. Low confidence given to employee. Too much micromanagement. Many people believe they know. Low salaries du to binational status. Very low side benefits.

Pros

401-K price match, paid vacation, personal days, and sick days. Family oriented.

Cons

Layoffs or rifts as they call them. Way better than boeing. And they do try to save as many jobs as possible.

Pros

A professional environment with room to grow.

Cons

Occasional evenings and weekends on call required of each charter sales person, but this is common practice in this business. Not really a con when you know to expect it in this industry.
