Pros

Company perks, Jet garb, quarterly bonuses, listen to headphones, friends become family.

Cons

Managers have become cold. TPH keeps rising making it difficult to obtain. Favoritism is blatant, but ignored. Rules are announced but not followed up on. Turn over rate is outrageous, no ones job is secure you are just another cow in the herd.

Pros

free snacks and drinks, thats all

Cons

Jet.com let's their workforce team do whatever they want without any checks and balances. Ive been lied to for months about a schedule change yet employees who have been with the company for less time have weekends off (I work both weekend days). It's pretty sad that the company is willing to lie to employees that have more education that others to keep them compliant. And on top of that, those who have advanced education are told they arent worth more than an entry level job.

We know it can be difficult getting your life synchronized with your work calendar and we want to help get you the schedule you’re looking for. We do need to make sure our teams are covered at all times and sometimes that means you’ll need to wait a bit longer for a Monday – Friday shift to open up however, we don’t want you to feel like you’ve been misled along the way. Also, we value whatever previous experience people bring to the table (whether that be previous work experience, education, or both). Depending on that background, you could be a good fit for some other positions throughout Jet. We would love to talk to you about this issue and see how we can fix it.
