      "HARD WORKERS BEWARE"

      Pros

      Decent pay rate, friendly & helpful work leaders. 3 day weekends and extra money with overtime. Different areas to be trained an work which breaks up the monotony of same thing day in day out for 10 hours.

      Cons

      Was looking forward to giving 5 stars but after being promised a permanent position with hard work and positive attitude found myself jobless! I worked hard, was told my quota numbers were well above the minimum. The point system is somewhat intimidating but I welcomed the challenge.. I enjoyed going to work every morning which for me was a first. Then a month later receive a call at 7:30 pm that I was being let go. When asked why was told she didn't know and that all she knew was they were cutting people for not making the quota.. However I didn't fall into that category, neither did the lateness or absence since never missing a days work. The woman apologized for not having a reason & wished me luck before hanging up told me better place to apply that appreciate hard working individuals. I have never been so disgusted, confused and shocked all at the same time. It would be nice too know exactly what the problem was so that it wasn't made again. Unfortunately I still can't get an answer.. lack of communication seems to be a "HUGE" issue.

We do have a temp to hire program that typically after around 90 days of employment we evaluate to bring team members on full time. This doesn't sound like it was the case for you.       A lot of practical projects and engaging environment. Grow quickly with training.

      Located in Hoboken, far from the city.

      Fun place to work with trusted leadership

      Pros

      The founder is fearless and loved by everyone. Jet truly values trust and transparency. Since the company/product is doing extremely well, everyone is very hopeful. The turnover is very low for a startup, at least in the hoboken office. It is growing very fast and people are generally happy.

      Cons

      Similar to most startup, every thing is a little mess. Jet is still trying to have a process around promotion cycle, 401K matching etc.. .
