      Pros

      Amazing and friendly coworkers which makes for a fun and positive work environment. Jet gives us the means to take care of our members. We definitely have a voice here and each employee is valued. Great benefits, plenty of time off. Where Marc is taking this company is so exciting and I'm happy to be part of a startup that is surely going places.

      Cons

      Some people may have a hard time working for a startup. Policies can change, and right now there's not too much room to slip up with attendance. But to be honest, I like that. If you love your job and value it, I would think you would take attendance more seriously.

      Pros

      Having worked for large corporations before, this job is a complete dream. You don't have to carry other people's weight, you don't have to wonder why people who don't do any work still have a job. Everyone is smart and driven, they all have equity in the company and truly care about our success because of that. We work some long hours and but I can't even put that as a con because the work means something and everyone's opinion is considered. Our developers are great and they are all on-location making cooperative work a joy. I never thought I'd like a job this much, but I'd recommend working at Jet to anyone and everyone.

      Cons

      I can't think of a single one. This company is run the right way and every level of employee is respectful, smart and supportive.
