Pros

Got paid on time usually.

Cons

A lot of confusion, mixed communication and B.S.at this company. I have never felt more unappreciated at a job. The managers, supervisors and HR staff are immature and uneducated. It’s hard work -when there is work to do. VTO is offered on a daily basis. I am chalking this experiment off as a waste of time.

It's awesome hearing from out Category Specialists in Hoboken, thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. I must agree we have some awesome talent all around at Jet and it's great having them here in Hoboken with us. Companywide we're working on creating structure for career pathing, goals etc. going into 2018. These are conversations that should be had quarterly, let me know if that isn't the case. Company got worse after Wal-Mart bought them out

Pros

Before it was fun to work there got along great with my team and had an awesome team lead

Cons

After they treated employees like dirt and fired the ones who really helped us all out. I was very good at listening to feedback but none of that matter because they fired me before I made it to a year with a stupid explanation and never gave me an opportunity to respond or protest.
