      Pros

      Pay is awesome, love that you get medical and PTO up front. Anything we've asked for (within reason) they have given us which is great, what company do you know does that? I feel like we are treated beyond fairly at Jet, I couldn't ask for a better company to work for and the Social Media team is awesome! I feel like we get overlooked a lot but I wouldn't trade my team for the world and our supes and TL's are the best of the best.

      Cons

      Feel like our attendance policy could maybe use an overview. I feel like we lose so many AMAZING people floor wide due to attendance. That's all.

      Thanks for the review, it's great hearing from our Jet Heads across all teams. We have to agree that getting PTO up front is an awesome perk as well as the many others.       Pros

      Team was great. Such a nice atmosphere and comfortable place to work! Very sad I had to leave, but I definitely recommend!

      Cons

      Could be more transparent and a little more open minded... it doesn't matter where someone went to school. Please rethink your views of only hiring people from top 20 schools for certain positions, it says a lot - and not in a good way.

      Great place to grow as a software engineer

      Pros

      I work on the front-end team that works directly on Jet.com. Like any workplace, it is what you make of it. Some pros: 1. There are lots of systems to explore when working for a large company on a high-traffic website. More learning opportunities. 2. General openness to tech & process improvements of any kind. 3. Biannual(?) hackathons, where you can work on any cool tech project, Jet-related or not. 4. Awesome teammates.

      Cons

      The commute from Queens to Hoboken isn't great. However, I may just move to Jersey City one of these days.
