Pros

The benefits for free travel are outstanding along with medical, vacation, retirement, and flexibility.

Cons

As an inflight crew-member your day to day work relationship can be tricky as you have a new team for each trip and new passengers for every flight.

Pros

Free Flights. Beautiful Crew Lounge in FLL. Training is paid, training center has a lodge with food provided. Some nice coworkers.

Cons

Underpaid, even for an airline. Lots of 4 leg days, especially out of FLL. Crew scheduling constantly breaks work rules. You need to know your contract and rights. Parking situation is horrible at FLL, the lot floods at least once a year and cars have gotten totaled. Lots of minimum rest layovers. Long reserve time.
