Pros

JetBlue was truly a great place to grow. Depending on who's leadership you were under, you were supported. I learned so much about customer service and staying calm in a fast-paced environment. The flight perks were also amazing and made the hard days worth it.

Cons

The only downside was that during heavy travel seasons, the workload could feel a bit overwhelming.

Pros

Supportive coworkers who help each other succeed. Flight benefits make travel affordable and exciting. Opportunities to learn aviation operations daily. Fast-paced environment that keeps work engaging. Company culture encourages positivity and teamwork.

Cons

Work can be physically demanding during busy flights. Weather delays add stress and long hours. Pay at entry level could be more competitive. Limited work-life balance depending on station needs.
