Pros

Jewelers Mutual invests heavily in its people and in its technology. This are a big part of what attracted me to the company and keeps me here. I like the vision for the company and the modern challenges it is trying to meet.

Cons

Despite its forward looking mindset, Jewelers Mutual has growing pains which I see as part of the transformation. However, leadership seems very interested in collecting feedback and has made real changes for the better as a result.
