Pros

Love the people there. It was a great experience.

Cons

Administration was pretty unfair at times. There were many times help that was needed, it was not offered. Very stressful at time as well.

Family oriented, respectful environment, upbeat, you feel like you have a voice and what you do matters

Cons

The JCA is a great organization and I can’t think of any downfalls based upon my own experiences.
