Pros

Some of the kindest people I’ve ever known work here!

Cons

The compensation is very poor. To make a living wage you need to have a side hustle as well.

Pros

Families are inclusive and look forward to working with you. Free services for full time employees such as yoga classes, swimming pool, and 1 time use of a personal trainer.

Cons

Low pay for a large amount of work. Hard to get time off as they are always understaffed. Teachers work on holidays such as Christmas Eve. Office staff will leave teachers over the advertised ratios, only ensuring to add a teacher if there is a tour going on. ECE office staff will refuse to forward a written complaint if it is against a teacher they favor. Favoritism amongst teachers is very apparent. Their favorite way to fire employees is without cause. But it’s probably because they talk about the unfair pay, although the company tries to keep it “confidential”.
