Passionate, kind and generous people who care deeply about their cause and work HARD!

Cons

Sometimes passion and practicality don't mix. Work life balance can be hard, and if the ministry wants something to happen you kinda have to get on board.

The organization is doing great work and people are nice. Pretty decent pay for a religious non profit.

Cons

The house is not in order. Lots of things are in disarray. New/younger voices are not taken seriously. Takes a long time to create change. Not a lot of possibility for job advancement.
