Pros

Good pension scheme (Scottish widows), multiple staff parties every year, very fun and quirky team members and work environment (plus great coffee!). Even if you start at the bottom level of service, there is scope to be promoted/move to other departments if interested.

Cons

Depending on which sector you work in, there isn't any natural light, due to the structure of the building.
