If you like philanthropy, this family-owned company does a lot of it and being a part of the small marketing team allows you to bear witness of the good work behind the scenes. Tons of events to plan and each one is very monumental and special. Also, each position on the marketing team is very autonomous and the department is streamlined. It was a fun place to work.

Cons

Not a remote-friendly position or company which is unusual for marketing in 2021/2022, as long as you're okay with that then you will be fine!
