I enjoyed it for a while - Sundays off, great benefits, etc.

Cons

They stopped contributing to our 401Ks, healthcare is outrageously expensive ($1,700 per month for family w/ $15k deductible), severe pay cuts… Mean while they are on social media bragging about how much money the company has made this year. It’s just insane to me. All of this, combined with out of touch management, has the morale completely down from previous years. It’s so unfortunate to see it. Mr. Ellis and Jimmy would be so disappointed.
