Great position for younger employees starting out in the working industry

I really enjoyed my time as a BDC rep. The job was simple and easy to do. If you put in the work you will see results. Management wasn't all too bad and you got along with everyone quickly. Great place to grow as long as you communicate with management what you'd like to do.

Cons

My only con was finishing my work early and not having much to do without leads coming in.
