      Driving for them sucks

      Pros

      You can listen to your music while you drive. That’s the only good thing.

      Cons

      Managers clock your deliveries out before you even leave to make themselves look better. Everyone’s immature. They like to gossip about one another. Extremely low pay. Even with tips I can hardly afford my gas. Very entitled, rude customers. Training is basically watch and learn. Drivers can’t take days off unless they get someone to cover their shift. I’m not sure if in-shop people have this same issue, but drivers do. Managers don’t take your concerns seriously.

      Friendly environment , good pay, flexible hours, some store benefits,

      Cons

      If car not good on gas delivery isn’t for you, a lot of fill in for other employees, not a lot of Benifits for working there, you could be the only one to do all of the tasks

      Jimmy Johns is an awesome environment to work in, these franchise owners though, not so much.

      Pros

      People you work with are great, bonuses can be good if they actually pay them to you. Too many constant changes happening.

      Cons

      The owners have no idea what they're doing or how to treat their long term employees. They bought the franchise thinking they would bring their own ideas to the table but that's not how jimmy Johns works.
