Pros
Get a work out and get paid for it. Be ready to run and ready to move, they mean freaky fast and that's from clock in to clock out. Tips are good if the neighborhood supports it which most office parks and office communities will. Lunch is the big run not dinner, so working days and going to evening class is an option, and the reverse is also true, but expect lower pay (less work in later hours).
Cons
Base pay is not great, you need the tips and expenses reimbursements. You will become and expert in cleaning, if the day is slow be ready to clean, and then clean, oh and when your done, there will be more maintenance and general beautification of the facility. Expect a lot of variance as the stores are franchised and not totally corporate controlled.
