Flexibility with Schedule Endless Opportunities for interpersonal growth, to include potential franchise opportunities. Fun, fast paced work environment

Cons

Very few, very trivial cons, such as: Opening store must be done with vigilance, and completed thoroughly.

Good atmosphere, works very well with your school schedule, some advancement opportunities for those that are dedicated and hard working

Cons

The pay could definitely be better, PICs and managers have a lot of responsibility but do not get compensated properly for everything that they have to do
