Pros

Co-workers are mostly nice, you always have music to listen too, and customers are nice

Cons

They expect you to memorize all the sandwiches by name and number and ingredients. You aren't allowed to have a "cheat sheet" out above the sandwich table. Yet they still want you to be super fast and efficient. My first week there I had to memorize everything in a few days, I was having a hard time because they would bark out the orders either by the name or number and it was confusing remember what was what. I was beat down by certain workers for not memorizing it fast enough and eventually was "laid off" because they over hired. What I found funny was even after they said I wasn't a good fit due to not being able to memorize the sandwiches they called on "customer appreciation day" to ask if I would work since it would be busy. If i wasn't good enough to work on a regular basis, why would you call to have to me there on a crazy busy day?

Pros

Free sub every shift if you show up in uniform and dont mess something up. Easy to meet new people here.

Cons

I wish there was more time spent on training new employees on a consistent basis. Sometimes if it's too busy for someone to hold their hand, they just float around confused.

Pros

Can go between stores for more hours if there are multiple cooperate stores in the area, pay is competitive with automatic raises every 4 months @ 25 cents per. Good people usually, although it's a haven for A-types.

Cons

Operation is notoriously cheap, no benefits, no comped meals unless you work 10 hours in a day straight, management is good but when you have bad management it makes it frustrating, pay is inadequate for delivery drivers even though you can make $12 to $15 per hour you have to take small deliveries (versus pizza where you get a few bucks per delivery plus tip).
