Tightly run company, but definitly leaves much to be desired in work/life balance
Pros
Great pay for no secondary education Very well structured - everything you need to do is laid out pretty clearly Excellent chance to move up in the company (to a degree)
Cons
If you have any sort of social life, this is not the job for you. Management works around 65 hours/week (at a 50 hr pay scale). Business has almost doubled in last few years, but no extra help in the morning with prep, you must just go in earlier (sacrificing more free time). If you are a manager or work other corporate jobs, you don't get any vacation time until after one year of service, and that vacation is pre-schedule and usually at the end of the year (so if you start in January, you will be basically working 2 years without a vacation), and the maximum vacation you can earn is 4 weeks, although some positions max out at 3 weeks. It's also near impossible for management to switch a scheduled day for anything other than hospitalized illness (unless you are friends with the executives). Does not do any sort of 401(k) matching
