Pros

It is easy to socialize with coworkers and work as a team to perform the easy tasks the day requires. Free Leftover bread that makes great french toast breakfasts. Free lunches everyday. Great Sandwiches and loyal happy customers. Very flexible scheduling.

You can easily make between $10-18/hour with your tips.

Cons

You will get frustrated with non-tippers and the banal rules which sometimes require two drivers to take two orders, even when they are right by each other and could be taken by one person.
