      Pros

      Great way to learn management and business analytical skills. Solid customer service experience.

      Cons

      Fighting to make bonuses to get by. Same thing every single say from 4 a.m. to 4 p.m. Very long hours. Manuel labor especially for management.

      High Expectations for Opening Store

      Pros

      The store was very well organized. Everyone there was in a happy mood. The cleanliness of the store was excellent. The music was fun and upbeat.

      Cons

      There were too many works, ALWAYS. Being sent home early from every shift after shifts were already cut was extremely annoying. The managers were very stressed at times and it showed.

      Very micromanaged, attention to detail is taken seriously, sometimes too far, but for the most part it ensures high standards of cleanliness and work ethic
