Pros

Good food, Good people. Can be fun at times. Fast Pace.

Cons

It's stupid u have take take a sandwich test and memorize all 17 sandwiches. Dollar subdays can be really stressful! If you don't have anything to work on they will send u home! The uniform dress code is strict. No sickdays have to find someone to work for u. I'm barely making enough to get by here.

Pros

you used to make good money, but the management sucks and is replaced about every 6 months.. so don't even consider it

Cons

too many to list... but here are major ones. 1- the management is horrible- they have no experience and are typically 18 year old girls or someone who has never managed anything in their lives. They get an ounce of power and hold it over your head like they are gods. 2- they dont pay delivery drivers anything. I got a raise after a year to 6.25 an hour, which happened to be the same time that minimum wage went up- so taxes went up with the min. wage bump- so after everything was raised, i was making less an hour than before my 'raise' 3- because delivery drivers make less an hour than an 'inshop' worker, they will have 4 drivers work and no inshoppers...so you get 1/4th the tips you would should get, and everyone is pissed off- all to save the company like 5 bucks an hour. 4- in a collage town, nobody tips- you bust your butt to drive across campus then get no tips- college kids are ungrateful
