Pros

Some of the minimum wage workers are good workers.

Cons

Upper-management is mainly talking about quitting if they haven't already, they don't give breaks (which I thought is against the law), everyone is constantly stressed out and on edge, and the food is cheap. First time I cut open a turkey it slid out as a pink blob of meat. I've worked in a deli before with Bore's Head meats, and that was a much better choice of meats. Also, our 2nd in command just quit, claiming he wasn't being paid all that he worked for, while other salary workers claimed they only get paid thirty cents more than minimum wage since they work 50+ hours. Also, I was just told from upper-management that the schedule was screwed up, and plenty of employees were late, didn't come in at all, or came in when they didn't have to work.
