      They work salaried employees to death

      Pros

      High salary, clean stores, and an overall impressive business model. High standards for employees create a uniform working environment from store to store.

      Cons

      You will work 6 a.m. to about 5:30 p.m. each day in training (if you're lucky). You constantly have someone stand behind you and criticize the most useless details of how you prepare a sandwich. You are not offered any breaks in your shift. In a 24 hour period, about 14 hours is spent preparing for work, working, and driving to and from work. How you use the other 10 hours is up to you.

      Pros

      Very well structured and generally laid back place to work. Obviously depends on your manager, but the whole system is well done.

      Cons

      Very low pay, tip structure for drivers could use improving for catering orders.

      Good management, very structured/organized. fun people. clean stores.

      Cons

      rediculous corporate rules i.e. no signs on doors that clearly separate the kitchen from customers. so customers are constantly walking into the storage rooms etc. thinking it's the bathroom. poor recognition of positive contributions from upper upper management if you are a manager.
