Pros

I've only been here a couple months and it's already one of my favorite jobs. The people are fun to work with, you don't get less than minimum wage as a delivery driver and the management is very fair with scheduling and willing to work things out with you. There is also room to move up in the company. Scheduling works out so you can get enough hours and not be a zombie everyday. Very friendly environment and if you need help no one yells at you.

Cons

Very strict on speed even if you're new, but you get used to it. You also can't have any visible tattoos.

inequality from the managers to the rest of workers. managers sometimes stand around and do nothing and complain to employees and treat them badly....no sick days. bad scheduling

Pros

Young staff/managers, fun people, short shifts, easy menu, no grease, simple tasks, great music, good food, very clean. The managers work with you and you get to know them very well and it's a very fun friendly atmosphere. You usually get sent home early when it's slow, which is alright unless you have bills to pay. You get a pretty good discount on sandwiches. You work in a small kitchen with everyone so it's easy to get to know each other. Constant schedule, mine hasn't been changed once, making things easy to plan for.

Cons

The district manager stops in sometimes and is way too serious about what he does. Monthly audits put everyone on edge, very corporate, lots of rules. Strict dress code (comfortable clothes though). As an in shopper there is a 11-3 and 5-8 shift. Working both is the only way to get real hours. No benefits, raises, etc. There are times when it is very slow and once your done cleaning you stand around feeling bad about standing around, mostly people play on their phones or talk to each other but if your not really friends with your co-workers it gets boring. If you want a day off you have to find someone to work for you (which they usually don't) I've had to go in sick. You have about 3 managers which all have diffrent expectations, but it isn't hard to adapt.
