Pros

Good atmosphere in the store, great employees

Cons

Way to many hours, over 65 hours a week with little pay and no benefits. Only one way off a week, not fun at all.

Pros

Flexible schedule, decent pay, management was always open for suggestions.

Cons

Constructive criticism even when there are 20 orders flying by. This severely slows down the entire shop

Pros

The pay was awesome, $6.00/hr plus tips (for a driver). I'd sometimes bring home close to $200 in a 12-hour shift (if you're fast). It's nice to be out by yourself driving, and you really get to know your delivery area.

Cons

Hours are sometimes ridiculous with little to no break. Corporate is too strict, you absolutely cannot call in sick and they're even skeptical about medical emergencies. You pretty much only get one warning and then you're fired. No recognition for doing a good job, too much pressure to drive faster, get to destinations quicker. Lazy staff somehow get away with standing around, management is a joke- strict on employees but not on themselves.
