Pros

well, if your a driver i guess one of the only pros is days you get real nice tips, and meeting a bunch of people if you are outgoing. And rocking out to to music would be one if it wasnt the same songs evvedrryydaayy you come into work! Most of the people youll work with are nice too.

Cons

breaks are discouraged even after an eight hour shift, which is how long you have to work to get your only type of benefit, a free sub. haha. If you deliver, its not even worth it. After paying for your own gas, paying off unavoidable parking tickets because if you park legally anywhere in the city its going to cost you money, and your tips are only going to pay off your parking. Anyway after all that nonsense, you make like 5 extra dollars a shift. All that for running around in the heat, tearing your car up to make speedy fast deliveries that half your customers dont tip for, dealing with your manager harrassing you over your delivery time, its there job because the jimmy john's corporation likes to pretend that they pay you this amazing wage to put up with all their nonsense audits and total bull. Also, your in a downtown area with NOWHERE to park, elevators to go up, people to track down, cops giving you tickets, bums haggling you, messed up customer info so your at the totally wrong place, streets with no sreet signs, customers yelling at you, its not worth it AT ALL. find a different job.

Pros

The people I work with are cool and I like the music they play in there. Keep pretty busy, time flies by during rush. None of the tasks are unreasonable and everyone there does their whole share in keeping everything clean. No one feels overworked because different people do different things. The boss is pretty fair and doesn't treat us like slaves, he's pretty cool. He comes by to make sure you're focused on tasks but that's pretty much it. You can talk around him and have fun makin sammiches with the other employees and he's fine with it. I like how laid back and fun the atmosphere is - but be aware it's really high-paced. You get faster at making sandwhiches after while. It's also fun to receive comments from customers when we have their sandwhich ready before they're even finished paying for it.

Cons

Low pay, not really alot of opportunity to move up unless you become the PIC, and that's not much of a raise.

Pros

Follow strict guidelines for running the restaurant, which keeps it VERY clean at all times, yet still a laid back atmosphere and fun place to work. the managers were great, they always knew what they were doing and made sure each employee knew what he/she was to do. Never any confusion, always fair. The best part about working there was the people i worked with, including the managers. I actually looked forward to work each day because the people i worked for/with were decent and fair at all times. I would recommend this job to anyone, and I am considering going back soon.

Cons

My only wish while I worked there was that I be allowed to miss a day without having found someone to substitute for me in advance. This would have been nice in case I suddenly became sick or something urgent came up and I didn't have time to find a sub. Luckily this was not an issue for me, but I could see that happening in the future.
