Pros

Not many pros to list here other than this job is good for young people due to the lack of skill needed.

Cons

East, yet monotonous. Blame game played between morning and night shifts, uneven distribution of work, lack of benefits. Shop owners that don’t maintain equipment, broken equipment. People at odds.

Pros

We do work well for the customers - not all places actually take credibility when they mess up or are understanding of the customers if they mess up their order - our PICs and managers are all able to void or edit an order and know how to make the customer happy as well as Jimmy John's as it doesn't mess us up if they're managing properly - doesn't cost more to void something in replacement of something else if someone messed up.

Cons

My specific manager is just unfair and plays favorites and it's not okay because it's messing with our hourly pay - he gave people he liked a raise after they only worked a few months and no called no showed and didn't wear the uniform properly yet didn't give others raises who have worked there for years until they threatened to leave to go find better work.
