Pay is unstable, hours are constantly changed and some locations are open until 3am and you’ll have to deal with extremely inebriated customers sometimes they’ll even try to fight you. Cleaning up vomit is pretty common. You’ll be promised bonuses and opportunities that you’ll rarely ever see, and if you do just be happy they actually did it. Sometimes they’ll literally change your pay overnight since they’re allowed to in NC. Sometimes they’ll even expect you to come in when you’re on approved PTO. The corporate auditors come twice a year and hopefully they like your personality because if not your scores gonna go down. Employee turnover is pretty high and they require delivery drivers to display a topper which increases their risk of being robbed. Many new hires work just one day before quitting, so get used to hiring.
