Make an impact

Pros

I have worked for many companies the past 40 years but the most impact I had on the product, training and documentation was at Jinfonet. The CEO is available to talk to and listens to what employees recommend. I was there 10 years as a sales engineer and although I was never responsible for product features, training material and documentation the management that is there would listen and take action if it was a good idea. If you are aggressive and learn every aspect of the product and customer needs you can make a difference here.

Cons

There are no annual scheduled reviews so if you want to have a review you need to be assertive about it. This could have changed since 2015.

Pros

A very good place to work. Management is good overall. WFH flexibility has gotten a lot better and overall a stressless place to work. Some other reviews have mentioned micromanagement and poor management and having worked for a number of other companies, I can very much say that neither of these things are true. Sales management is the fairest and openest of any organization I've worked for and marketing management is very open to advice/new ideas. Culture has also improved since I started with more team building activities/happy hours. Medical benefits are also very good (probably the best that I've received).

Cons

A pilot WFH program for those who have long commutes would be nice but not everyone can work like that.
