      Loved my coworkers Loved my manager Occasional down time

      Cons

      Below average Blended commission on top absolute garbage hourly rate so on weeks with little traffic paychecks were tough to live on. Customers can be tough in retail. Felt pushed to sell sell sell and cram down people’s throats from regional managers and above. Custom program isn’t really custom. Feel overly pressured to push sales when they’ll just result in returns because you have to have a good commission otherwise your paycheck is useless.

      Pros

      Some of the product is very nice. The sourcing of fabric and construction of products without an intermediate company allows wider margin and more price flexibility

      Cons

      Zero interest in employees below store manager. Poor pay, terrible hours, no investment in staff. Reduces commissions, took xmas parties away, sales and production goals are all that matters in the end.
