      Pros

      Management, co-workers, and my position itself are great. It is a remote-first work environment but the company does a great job with still maintaining that great work environment and still getting people connected. I love that everyone is working towards one common goal making it an extremely supportive team oriented workplace.

      Cons

      Communication between different time-zones can be a struggle at times but everyone is also pretty accommodating.

      The CEO talks about the Mission & Values in every town hall The team cares about making a product that solves customer problems Everyone seems kind & helpful Leadership listens and takes feedback from all levels

      Cons

      Nothing I wouldn't expect from a start-up. It's still early so things are being built but if you are OK with some ambiguity you get to have an impact
