I joined JobGet in January 2019 at its very early stage when there wasn't even a real product yet. To be honest, this is the decision I will never regret making. Here are the reasons why... -Dedicated people with strong work ethics At JobGet, we believe in our meaningful mission, which is helping people find jobs in the fastest way. Every employee has that in mind and puts 110% into work, aiming to achieve something great together. -Genuine and heart-warming team If you think industrious is the only trait of the JobGet team, you're wrong. We are sincere people who support each other, not only professionally but personally as well. All three co-founders are really easy to get along with and determined to build a caring environment for employees. -Autonomy and flexibility One of the perks of working in startup space is that no hierarchy or pressure from above will intimidate you from being who you are. Everyone has the autonomy to do the work based on his/her schedule and is held accountable for the results. Creativity is also highly encouraged in a judgment-free zone! I joined the team recently just after I graduated from school. Vigorous environment and smiling colleagues. My boss is very patient in mentoring me new things during work. I can feel my personal growth after working here for a while, recognized and supported. BTW, many team get-together events too.
