You need to be drinking the koolaid and be onboard with there vision ready to put in the extra time to get it there and sacrifice your work life balance.

Cons

Pays well below market rate and doesn’t allow for remote work outside of Canada Also work in shifts, 9 hours per day, so lunch isn’t paid which is kinda cheap
