Pros

- teammates are smart - interesting and challenging projects if you want to grow in your career - decent pay - used to be fully remote

Cons

- so much micromanaging from top down with unrealistic expectations. Everyone needs to be a top performer or else getting performance managed - fake positive vibe - toll on mental health. Not worth it. - hire and fire - impossible to get a big raise if you’ve been here long

Pros

Flexibility Great Teams Monthly contests to get bonuses

Cons

- Moving to hybrid starting March 1st. If you work within 55KM of an office, you are now expected to come in. This can mean almost 3-4 hours commute for some individuals - As others have mentioned, there is definitely a "drink the kool aid" environment.
