I've been here less than a year but everything has been amazing so far. Very exciting to see the company's potential for growth and current growth. The onboarding process was awesome and have enjoyed working with everyone on my team. Lots of great perks, work events/summer parties, great employee recognition program, and 2 nice office locations in Edmonton/Toronto.

They do a great job of making workers feel valued, until the conversation is about pay. Talk a lot about helping employees struggling with mental health, then just fire them.

Cons

Poor pay, they dangle promotions and raises but don’t deliver. Don’t work here, it’s a trick.
